How much are monthly dues?

$225 payable by the 10th of the month.
You may put your payment in the mail box at the clubhouse.

What ammenities am I entitled to as a homeowner?

Homeowners have use of the community pool and tennis courts. The clubhouse can be reserved for private events. 

Do the monthly dues cover the maintenance of my home?

No.Oak Tree Village is a a townhome HOA community. Each townhome is owned by the individual homeowner who is responsible for the maintenance of his or her own home. Each homeowner is required to maintain the exterior of their home as well as maintaining the structural integrity of the unit to the standards set out by the Association documents as well as the building codes of the city of Dallas and the state of Texas. Dues cover maintenance of the common grounds,such as landscaping,trees outside walls or fences,retaining walls,fences,the clubhouse, the pool and tennis courts.

Do the Association dues cover insurance on my house?

No. All insurance on the homeowner's house is the responsibility of the homeowner.
