FAQ

How much are monthly dues?

Dues is $300/month ($3,600 annual) and is due by the 10th of the month.
Payment may be made by check or money order and may be dropped in the clubhouse mailbox.
Payment received after the 10th may be subject to late fee(s).

What ammenities am I entitled to as a homeowner?

Homeowners have use of the community pool and tennis courts. 
 
The clubhouse can be reserved for private events. The pool may not be reserved.
 
 

Do the monthly dues cover the maintenance of my home?

Partly.
 
Each townhome is owned by the individual homeowner who is responsible for the maintenance of his or her own home. Each homeowner is required to maintain the exterior of their home as well as maintaining the structural integrity of the unit to the standards set out by the Association documents as well as state and local building codes.
 
Dues does cover routine landscaping of front yards and common areas, trees outside the walls, fences, retaining walls, and amenities like the clubhouse, pool and tennis courts.

Does the Association dues cover insurance on my house?

No. All insurance is the responsibility of the homeowner.
