Oak Tree Village

History

9615 Robin Song in the 1970s
Oak Tree Village was developed to create a residential community with permanent parks, playgrounds, and open spaces for the benefit of the community. Forty five years later the results of that idea can be seen in the now well established neighborhood of red tiled roof town homes surrounded by mature trees.

Development began in1975 with the construction of the first phase of the property which included the clubhouse as well as the houses on Knobby Tree and Orchard Hill. Phase two began in 1977, with the completion of houses on Glenacre, Robin Song, Oak Stream, and Gray Rock.

In 1978 governance was turned over to the homeowners by the developer when the not for profit, Oak Tree Village Association, began it's tenure of self administration by volunteer homeowners.
