HOW TO USE THE DIRECTORY
The Directory can be accessed over all devices: PC,laptop, ipad, iphone,android phone when the site is downloaded to the device.
To phone or email from the phone: Open the site. Save it. Go to the Directory. Click on View to open the profile of the person searched. The phone number is highlighted in red. Click on the number. Call the number.
HOW TO MANAGE YOUR PROFILE
To make changes to your Profile in the Directory click on Profile. You will see a menu of options. Click on the one you want to change and fill out the information. Click Submit.
HOW TO USE THE MESSAGE BOARD
Open Message Board. If you wish to receive an email alerting you that a new message has been posted, click on Subscribe.
To post a message, click on new message, write your message and Submit. You can revise your message by following the prompts on the screen.
HOW TO ADD SERVICE PROVIDERS
Service providers that homeowners at Oak Tree Village have used are list under Service Providers under Members.
To add a provider go the Contact page and Select Website. Email the providers name, phone number, and website address.
The committee will post it on the site.
HOW TO CONTACT THE BOARD OR COMMITTEES
Go to the Contact page. Select the desired contact from the drop down. Email your request or comment.

The calendar can be downloaded to our phone.
